RENEW

Joint replacement and back-focused rehab fitness class. For individuals diagnosed with neurodegenerative and inflammatory neurodegenerative diseases, exercise and physical activity can maintain and improve: endurance and strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. In addition, engaging in physical activity has been proven to ease non-motor symptoms such as depression, cognitive function and quality of life.

RECOVER

Exercise recovery class targeted for cancer, post-covid, and copd clients (You require a 60 min assessment before you attend these sessions) Recover is designed for individuals who are survivors, or are currently going through active treatment of chronic conditions (such as Cancer and COVID-19). Exercise can improve: physical function, fatigue, quality of life, mental health and body composition, aiding in the physiological and psychological ability to continue treatment.

RESTORE

Mobility class on restoring function Did you know that when you lack mobility you are unable to gain strength? Mobility is an essential part of strength gains and improving function. This class features many tools such as lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and mobility sticks to improve your range of motion over the course of 45 minutes.

RISE

Pre-natal and postpartum fitness class RISE is for pregnant and postpartum clients looking for an exercise class that will help them be safely active throughout their pregnancy or safely resume activity following the arrival of their little one. This supervised class will focus on maintaining and rebuilding a strong core and pelvic floor while enhancing your overall strength, mobility, and endurance.

MOMENTUM

Weight-loss focused group exercise class Have you been trying to lose weight? Do you find the online coaching is not working? Are you lacking accountability? Look no further. Our research and evidence-based group classes are the perfect mixture of motivation and consistency to keep you on track to meeting your health goals.

REVIVE

Exercise class targeted towards clients with parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and stroke For individuals diagnosed with neurodegenerative and inflammatory neurodegenerative diseases, exercise and physical activity can maintain and improve: endurance and strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance. In addition, engaging in physical activity has been proven to ease non-motor symptoms such as depression, cognitive function and quality of life.

RESILENCE

Mental health group exercise class (You require a 60 min assessment before you attend these sessions) Looking for an instant mood-booster? The relationship between exercise and mental health has been shown to reduce feelings of stress, and sensations of pain, boost self-esteem and may be as effective as medication in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders. Join this class to experience the benefits exercise has on not only your body, but your mind.

NEXT LEVEL

Perimenopause and menopause group exercise class The Next Level is for peri- and menopausal women wanting to bring out their strong, inner warrior in spite of physiological changes. Exercise can be beneficial in helping women maintain muscle mass, bone mass, a healthy weight, and to reduce the risk of disease. This class will challenge your strength and endurance and take you to the Next Level.

PREPARE

Exercise rehab class focused on pre-operative injuries Are you recently awaiting surgery for a musculoskeletal injury or suffering from an injury? Perhaps you encountered limitations in your range of motion, stability or motor control resulting in discomfort? Proactive programming will help you become the best version of yourself by taking your heath into your own hands.

LIFE CARE

Cardiac rehab and risk-reduction exercise class (You require a 90 min assessment before you attend these sessions) Just like any other muscle, your heart needs to be worked to function optimally! Whether you are looking to reduce risk of a future cardiac event, or are in the recovery process, exercise is an effective way to manage many risk factors for heart disease, and assist in getting you back to life.

THRIVE

Senior bootcamp, hilit, babes to beasts, bootcamp, open gym, melt Are you looking for the perfect mixture of mobility, strength, and cardiovascular training? Our general fitness classes offer a variety of options for people who are wanting to get a start on their fitness journey. Whether you are just a beginner or have been training for a while, our training centre has something for everyone.
