FAQs

Do you offer direct billing?

1

No, we do not offer direct billing for private clients. However, we do provide coverage for clients who are approved through WCB or SGI, as well as for private insurance clients on short-term disability under special circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?

2

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the missed appointment.

Is parking available?

3

We offer convenient parking options, including free two-hour street parking in front of the building. Additional parking is available behind the building and across the street.

What payment options do you offer?

4

We accept debit and credit card payments (excluding AMEX), as well as gift cards. Payments can be processed in person at the clinic, or securely online if you choose to keep a credit card on file with your account.

Do I need a referral?

5

A referral is not always required to begin services; however, depending on your insurance provider, you may need a referral from your doctor for coverage. We recommend checking directly with your insurance company to confirm their requirements. For individuals with serious medical conditions—such as a recent heart attack, stroke, cancer diagnosis, high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, or other significant health concerns—a doctor’s referral and medical clearance may be required before starting an exercise program. If you believe this applies to you, please obtain medical clearance prior to beginning your program.
